Products and made-to-order process

Product photographs, colours and descriptions are intended to show the product accurately, but leather grain, shade, finish and other natural characteristics can vary. Each GOAT jacket is made after the order and a personal confirmation of the size, intended fit and order details. Production begins only after that confirmation. A catalogue product is not represented as a previously finished item reserved for immediate dispatch.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable GST unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Shipping charges, discounts and the final total are shown before payment. An automated acknowledgement does not prevent GOAT from contacting you about an obvious pricing, availability, payment, specification or legal issue. If an order cannot be accepted, GOAT will explain the reason and provide the appropriate payment resolution.

Size confirmation, changes and cancellation

Please answer the size-confirmation call or message and review the confirmed details carefully. Changes requested before production are assessed for feasibility and price. After size and specification are confirmed and production begins, preference changes or buyer's remorse are not return rights. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Production, delivery, returns and refunds

Production normally takes 3–4 working days after completed confirmation. Our standard India planning window is 10–12 days after confirmation to cover production and courier transit. The Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms and explain delays, damage, defects, material mismatches, exchanges and approved refunds.

Virtual try-on and fit guidance

Virtual try-on images are visual approximations. They do not guarantee colour, grain, hardware, proportions, measurements or final fit. Product measurements and the personal confirmation process remain the basis for production. Upload only a photograph you own or are authorised to use.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or infringe third-party rights. GOAT branding, original photographs, copy and designs are owned by or licensed to NESTIFY REALTY VENTURES LLP. Customer references remain subject to feasibility and third-party intellectual-property rights; GOAT does not promise to reproduce protected logos or designs without authorisation.

Promotions and gift codes

A promotion is subject to the terms displayed with that offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes are single-use, non-transferable for cash, cannot be stacked and may exclude sale or customised products. Fraud, technical abuse or use outside the stated eligibility can result in cancellation and an appropriate payment reversal.

Liability and governing law

GOAT remains responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, without limiting any mandatory consumer forum or remedy available by law.
