1. End of Season Sale – No Refunds

All purchases made during our End of Season Sale are final. No refunds will be provided. Exchanges will be considered only in cases of damaged or defective product.

• Conditions for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• Reporting Damaged/Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us at info@goatcollection.in with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

• Exchange Process:

Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product and issuing an exchange.

4. Initiating a Return/Exchange

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, within 10 business days after product inspection.
