Terms & Conditions – Personalised GOAT GIFT CODE Programme

  1. This is a referral-based offer issued under the “Your GOAT Jacket Makes You the Hero” initiative by GOAT Collection.
  2. The voucher is valid only for customers who receive the code from an existing GOAT customer.
  3. Voucher can be redeemed only on goatcollection.in on eligible products.
  4. The voucher value will be applied over and above ongoing offers and discounts, unless specified otherwise.
  5. Only one voucher can be used per order. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other referral codes or promotional codes.
  6. GOAT reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
  7. In case of cancellation or return, the voucher amount will not be reissued or refunded.
  8. If an order is placed using the voucher and later found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or violating campaign policies, GOAT may cancel the order without notice.
  9. By using the referral voucher, customers agree to all terms set by GOAT Collection.

By participating in the MyGOAT Gift Code Program ("the Program"), you, the participant (whether as "The Giver" or "The Recipient"), hereby accept and agree to be bound by these legally binding terms.

1. Program Overview and Acceptance

The GOAT Gift Code Program is an exclusive, limited-time promotional scheme operated by GOAT Collection ("The Company"), offering a unique gift voucher code to qualified purchasing customers ("The Giver") for the sole purpose of gifting to friends and family ("The Recipient"). Participation in this Program constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Eligibility and Use Restrictions

2.1 Eligibility of The Giver (Purchasing Customer): a. Qualification: Any individual who completes a verified purchase of any eligible, non-discounted leather jacket on GOATcollection.in is qualified to receive a GOAT Gift Code. b. Delivery: The Code will be delivered electronically to The Giver's registered contact details within forty-eight (48) hours following verified shipment of the jacket. c. Strict Non-Use Clause: The Giver is strictly and absolutely prohibited from redeeming, using, or attempting to use their own GOAT Gift Code. The Code is designated solely for gifting to third parties. Any attempt by The Giver to use their own Code will result in the Code being immediately invalidated and the subsequent order being cancelled without recourse.

 

2.2 Use by The Recipient (Friend/Family Member): a. The Recipient may use the valid GOAT Gift Code one (1) time only at checkout on GOATcollection.in. b. Non-Combinable: The Code cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other promotion, referral code, or ongoing sale. c. Exclusions: The Code cannot be applied to gift cards, shipping fees, or items specifically excluded by The Company.

 

3. GOAT Gift Code Value and Redemption

3.1 Code Value: Upon successful application of the MyGOAT Gift Code by The Recipient at checkout, a unique promotional value will be automatically and randomly assigned. 3.2 Guaranteed Minimum Value: The minimum guaranteed reward value is ₹500 OFF the Recipient's jacket purchase. 3.3 Maximum Reward: ₹15000 OFF the Recipient's jacket purchase. Any jacket selected above this maximum value will require The Recipient to pay the difference. No cash equivalent will be provided in lieu of a jacket.

 

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

4.1 No Warranties: The Company provides the GOAT Gift Code "as is" and disclaims all express or implied warranties, representations, or guarantees, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 4.2 Limitation of Damages: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or related to the Program or the use/misuse of the GOAT Gift Code, regardless of the legal theory. 4.3 No Responsibility for Codes: The Company holds no responsibility or liability for Codes that are lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or improperly distributed by The Giver. Redemption issues due to The Recipient's technical difficulties or third-party interference are not the responsibility of The Company.

 

5. Termination and Modification

The Company reserves the absolute right, without prior notice or liability to any participant, to: a. Terminate, suspend, or modify the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason whatsoever. b. Invalidate or revoke any GOAT Gift Code deemed to have been acquired or used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

 

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed solely in accordance with the laws of India. 6.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
