Shipping Policy

Where we ship
GOAT Collection accepts online orders for delivery within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Made to order
GOAT jackets are made after an order is received. After checkout, our team contacts you to confirm size, fit and order details before production begins. Production takes 3 to 4 business days after that confirmation, before dispatch. An order may remain on hold until we are able to complete this confirmation with you.

Delivery timeline
Delivery within India takes 10 to 12 business days after your size and order details are confirmed. This covers 3 to 4 business days of production plus 7 to 8 business days of courier transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping charges
Standard delivery within India is free. The shipping charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email once your order is dispatched.

Delays
Remote locations, public holidays and circumstances outside the courier's control may take longer. If we expect to miss your delivery window, we will contact you to agree a revised timeline or provide an appropriate resolution under applicable consumer law.

Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly at info@goatcollection.in or +91 84520 98808 so that we can also pursue the courier record.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy and we pay return shipping. Please see our Refund policy for full details.
