We currently accept online orders for delivery within India.

Confirmation, production and delivery

GOAT jackets are made after an order is received. After checkout, our team contacts the customer to confirm size, fit and order details before production begins. Production normally takes 3–4 working days after confirmation before dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier service; remote locations, public holidays and circumstances outside the courier's control may take longer.

For standard India delivery, we currently plan a total window of 10–12 days after completed confirmation to cover both production and courier transit. The estimate shown for an order is the total delivery estimate, not an immediate-dispatch promise.

The production timeline begins after the customer confirms the final size and specification. An order may remain on hold if we cannot complete this confirmation.

If we expect to miss the confirmed delivery schedule, we will contact the customer to agree a revised timeline or provide an appropriate resolution under applicable consumer law. This does not apply where a delay is caused by force majeure.

Shipping options and charges

Standard delivery within India is free unless a different charge is clearly displayed at checkout.

Expedited shipping: Customers may select expedited delivery at checkout for ₹999 where the service is available. Expedited courier transit normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Including made-to-order production, the planned total delivery window is 6–8 working days after completed confirmation. Expedited shipping shortens courier transit only; it does not bypass size, fit and order confirmation or the 3–4 working-day production stage.
