Who controls your information

Registered address: Flat A 102, Plot 92 to 95, Maruti Paradise, Sector 15, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Maharashtra 400614, India. GOAT is online-only and does not receive customer visits at either address.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order and product choices, sizing and fit details, messages to customer care, payment-status information, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and information you choose to submit for a virtual try-on.

Card and payment credentials are processed by Shopify checkout and the payment provider shown there. GOAT does not ask customers to send card details by email, phone or WhatsApp.

How we use information

We use information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, confirm made-to-order sizing and specifications, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with law, improve the website and measure marketing performance. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you can unsubscribe using the message controls.

Virtual try-on photographs

If you choose a virtual try-on, the photograph and selected garment may be processed by the try-on technology provider to generate the requested preview. The preview is an approximation and is not a measurement or fit guarantee. Upload only your own photograph or one you are authorised to use. We do not use try-on photographs for unrelated advertising. Contact us if you want help with a deletion request.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed with service providers that support ecommerce hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, virtual try-on, analytics, advertising, manufacturing, shipping and delivery, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product.

Cookies, retention and security

Shopify and our authorised service providers use necessary, analytics and advertising cookies. Browser controls can restrict optional cookies, although parts of the store may then work differently. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete information, withdraw a consent or raise a concern. Email info@goatcollection.in with enough detail for us to verify and answer the request.
