Refund policy
GOAT Collection offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Return shipping is free. GOAT Collection pays the cost of returning an item. Once your return is approved we arrange a free reverse pickup from your address, or send you a prepaid shipping label. You will never be asked to pay return postage.
How to start a return
Email info@goatcollection.in or WhatsApp +91 84520 98808 with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one working day and arrange the free pickup. Please do not ship an item back before requesting a return, as we cannot accept unannounced parcels.

This is a correspondence and returns address only. We are an online-only store and do not receive customer visits.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include the invoice or proof of purchase.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping charges you paid.
Exceptions - items that cannot be returned
Made-to-measure and customised jackets produced to your personal measurements cannot be returned once production has begun, because they cannot be resold. You may cancel a made-to-order item free of charge within 15 minutes of placing the order. Gift cards are also non-returnable. All other items, including sale items, are covered by the 14-day return policy. If a made-to-measure item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed specification, it is fully returnable and refundable under the section above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct size exchange, tell us when you request the return and we will arrange it at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@goatcollection.in.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Made-to-order items can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. Email info@goatcollection.in to cancel.
