How quickly will my jacket ship?
Every jacket is made after the order and personal confirmation. Production normally takes 3–4 working days after confirmation before dispatch; courier time then depends on the destination. Ask us before ordering if you need a jacket for a specific date.
What if the fit is not as confirmed?
If the delivered jacket materially differs from the confirmed size, measurements or specification, contact us under the return policy. Preference changes after confirmation are not returns; customer-confirmed measurement issues can be assessed for an alteration or remake, with any charge disclosed before additional work begins.
