Returns and refunds
Do GOAT Collection leather jackets have a return policy?
Yes. GOAT Collection offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, for any reason. The item must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Is return shipping free?
Yes. GOAT Collection pays the cost of returning an item. Once your return is approved we arrange a free reverse pickup from your address, or send you a prepaid shipping label. You will never be asked to pay return postage.
How do I start a return?
Email info@goatcollection.in or WhatsApp +91 84520 98808 with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one working day and arrange the free pickup. Please do not ship an item back before requesting a return.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return we notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Made-to-order items can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. Email info@goatcollection.in to cancel.
Delivery
How long does delivery take in India?
GOAT jackets are made after an order is received. After checkout our team contacts you to confirm size and fit, and production begins only after that confirmation. Production takes 3 to 4 working days. Standard delivery within India is a total window of 10 to 12 days after confirmation.
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery within India is free. Expedited delivery costs Rs 999 where available, with a total window of 6 to 8 working days after confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. GOAT Collection currently accepts online orders for delivery within India only.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are shared by email once your order is dispatched. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly at info@goatcollection.in or +91 84520 98808.
Sizing and fit
What sizes do GOAT leather jackets come in?
Men's jackets run from XS to 6XL, women's from XS to 4XL, and kids' from 2-3 years to 14-15 years. Full measurement charts are on our leather jacket size guide.
What size leather jacket do I need for a 40 inch chest?
For men, a 39 to 40 inch bare-body chest corresponds to size M, and a 41 to 42 inch chest corresponds to size L. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, over light clothing. If you are between sizes our fit specialists will confirm before production.
What is the difference between Millennial Fit and Gen Z Fit?
Millennial Fit sits closer to a classic tailored line, with a slightly longer body and a more fitted waist. Gen Z Fit is cut fuller through the body and shoulder for a relaxed, layered silhouette. Choose Millennial Fit for wearing over a shirt or tee, and Gen Z Fit for layering over a hoodie.
How should a leather jacket fit?
A leather jacket should sit close on the shoulders with the seam ending at your shoulder bone, allow a flat hand between your chest and the jacket when zipped, and end at or just below the belt. Sleeves should reach the wrist bone. Leather relaxes with wear, so a snug but not tight fit at purchase is correct.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Our team confirms your size with you before production begins, so there is a checkpoint before anything is cut. If the fit is still wrong on arrival, the 14-day return policy with free return shipping applies.
Do you make custom or made-to-measure leather jackets?
Yes. Every GOAT jacket is made after the order is placed and fitted to the size you confirm with our team. Custom work begins only after the specification, price, size and production timeline are agreed with you.
Can I get a leather jacket in 5XL or 6XL?
Yes. GOAT Collection men's leather jackets are made up to 6XL, with a published body-chest measurement chart covering XS through 6XL. Because jackets are made after ordering, larger sizes are cut to the measurements you confirm with our team.

Are GOAT Collection jackets genuine leather?
Yes. GOAT Collection jackets are made in India from genuine leather and fitted to your confirmed measurements.
How can I tell if a leather jacket is real leather?
Real leather has an irregular grain that varies across the hide, feels warm and slightly soft rather than plastic-cold, and shows small natural marks. Faux leather has a perfectly uniform repeating pattern. Real leather also creases rather than folding sharply, and develops a patina with wear.
My jacket has slight colour variation. Is it a defect?
No. Natural leather varies in grain, shade and texture. Minor natural variation, normal screen-to-product colour variation and ordinary wear are characteristics of real leather, not manufacturing defects. These items remain returnable under the 14-day policy.
How should I care for a leather jacket?
Store it on a wide hanger away from direct sunlight and heat. Let it air dry naturally if it gets wet, never on a radiator. Wipe surface marks with a soft dry cloth. Use a conditioner made for garment leather once or twice a year, and have heavier cleaning done by a specialist leather cleaner rather than a standard dry cleaner.
Can a leather jacket be worn in Indian weather?
Yes, in the right months. A leather jacket is comfortable in most of North and Central India from roughly November to February, and in hill stations for much of the year. In humid coastal cities a lighter unlined or sheep leather jacket works for evenings and air-conditioned interiors. Store leather in a dry, ventilated place during the monsoon to avoid mildew.
How long does a good leather jacket last?
A well-made genuine leather jacket that is stored properly and conditioned once or twice a year commonly lasts ten years or more, and typically looks better with age as the leather develops character.
