Leather Jacket Size Guide
Every GOAT jacket is made after you order, then fitted to the size you confirm with our team. This guide helps you choose that size correctly the first time. Adult measurements are in inches. Kids' measurements are in centimetres.
How to measure yourself
Use a soft measuring tape and measure over light clothing, not over a jumper or jacket.
- Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, tape level and not pulled tight.
- Shoulders: across the back, from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other.
- Sleeve: from the shoulder point down to the wrist bone, arm relaxed.
- Waist: around your natural waistline.
- Front length: from the base of the neck to where you want the jacket to end.
If you own a jacket that already fits you the way you like, lay it flat and measure it. Comparing that against the ready-jacket measurements below is the most reliable way to choose.

How to choose: measure your bare-body chest without heavy clothing, then select the size whose body-chest range contains your measurement. A 41-inch chest corresponds to L.

Kids' sizes are chosen by the child's height first. Measurements in centimetres.

Height is measured from the top of the head to the floor. Chest is the fullest part of the chest under the arms. Waist is the natural waistline. Hips are the fullest part of the hips. Sleeve is shoulder point to wrist. Jacket length is the base of the neck to the bottom of the jacket.
Millennial Fit and Gen Z Fit
Several GOAT jackets are offered in two cuts at the same size.
- Millennial Fit sits closer to a classic tailored line, with a slightly longer body and a more fitted waist.
- Gen Z Fit is cut fuller through the body and shoulder for a relaxed, layered silhouette.
If you are between the two, choose Millennial Fit if you plan to wear the jacket over a shirt or tee, and Gen Z Fit if you plan to layer over a hoodie or sweatshirt.
