Where we ship
GOAT Collection currently accepts online orders for delivery within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Made to order
GOAT jackets are made after an order is received. After checkout, our team contacts you to confirm size, fit and order details before production begins. Production normally takes 3 to 4 working days after that confirmation, before dispatch. The production timeline begins only after you confirm the final size and specification, so an order may remain on hold until we are able to complete this confirmation with you.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery within India: a total window of 10 to 12 days after completed confirmation, covering both production and courier transit. Expedited delivery: a total window of 6 to 8 working days after completed confirmation, with courier transit of 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. The estimate shown on your order is the total delivery estimate, not an immediate-dispatch promise. Expedited shipping shortens courier transit only. It does not bypass size and fit confirmation or the 3 to 4 working-day production stage.
Shipping charges
Standard delivery within India is free unless a different charge is clearly displayed at checkout. Expedited delivery costs Rs 999 where the service is available for your address. The exact charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email once your order is dispatched.
Delays
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier service. Remote locations, public holidays and circumstances outside the courier's control may take longer. If we expect to miss the confirmed delivery schedule, we will contact you to agree a revised timeline or provide an appropriate resolution under applicable consumer law. This does not apply where a delay is caused by force majeure.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly at info@goatcollection.in or +91 84520 98808 so that we can also pursue the courier record.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy and we pay return shipping. Please see our Refund policy for full details.
